Dive Insight:
These quickly growing companies may reflect growing needs in HR as digital answers to old school problems – especially recruiting.
Futurewave Systems, the top HR company on the list and 145th overall, “offers IT staffing, software and mobile app development, social media and cloud computing services.” All of which reflect current trends in the HR tech sphere. More and more workers want to work for companies that are “digitally enabled” – aka, have a strategy that implements digital products in a substantial, streamlined way.
HireVue, the ninth place HR company, also broke the top 1000. The tech company provides a well-known, occasionally controversial interviewing platform that allows “candidates to interact with an application and respond to preprogrammed questions via webcam.” Current clients: Intel, Red Bull and GE.
