HR professionals joined tech and healthcare companies last month, gearing up to help them achieve ambitious growth goals.
Chamberlain Group
Michelle Bonfilio is the new chief human resources officer for smart access technology company Chamberlain Group, the company announced June 1. She was most recently CHRO for Help at Home and before that, held HR leadership positions at Covetrus and Petco. In her role at Chamberlain, Bonfilio will lend her strategic vision to lead people strategy, CG’s CEO said in a statement.
AMN Healthcare
Recruiting and staffing company AMN Healthcare announced on June 15 the appointment of Holly Novak as chief people officer. She will lead the company’s HR function and build on AMN’s efforts to create a space where people can “thrive and do their best work,” AMN’s president and CEO said. Novak was most recently chief people officer at financial technology company Jack Henry.

Influencer marketing company Later has added Dena Upton as CPO, the company announced June 10. She will draw from her experience at high-growth tech companies to navigate through what Later anticipates to be a period of accelerated growth. She recently held roles at Advisor360°, Drift and LogMeIn.
Patriot Growth Insurance Services
Andrea Brogger is now CPO of insurance brokerage Patriot Growth Insurance Services, according to a June 2 announcement. Her role will entail leading talent management, executive compensation, succession planning, organizational development and producer development initiatives. She previously held leadership roles at AssuredPartners, Broadstreet Partners and TrueBlue.
Seismic
Artificial intelligence-powered enablement company Seismic has added Kimberly Schultz as CHRO, the company announced June 16. Her past experience scaling global teams and linking people strategy with business growth will support Seismic as it expands, the company said. She comes from Amazon, where she was most recently director and head of corporate development integration.
Aether Aerospace
Kate Kellogg is the new CPO for defense tech company Aether Aerospace, according to a June 2 announcement. She will lead people strategy at Aether, aligning an employee-first culture with the company’s growth goals. Kellogg previously held roles at ManTech, Deloitte and MITRE.
