As artificial intelligence use becomes ubiquitous, leaders say AI skills are now as key as the ability to write, a recent report found.
Yet finding workers with AI skills is now more difficult than finding those with expertise in information technology and engineering, which have historically been the most challenging to find, according to ManpowerGroup.
At the same time, some training cycles aren’t keeping up, an Info-Tech report showed. While IT workers’ main responsibilities change every 18 months or so, learning is only “periodic.”
