As employers consider benefits that could set them apart in the job market, more have turned toward family planning and fertility care.

The nature of these benefits and what they cover can vary widely between employers, however. One employer rolled out a $10,000 benefit for employee fertility treatment. Walmart rolled out a program to cover a variety of fertility and family planning programs and treatments.
