Yancy will lead Teachstone’s newly named People Strategy & Culture team, reporting to CEO Karlo Young, as the company enters its next phase of growth—expanding its research-based and AI-enabled solutions to scale its impact.
Yancy brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, most recently serving as Chief People Officer at Kaplan North America. She previously held Chief Human Resource Officer roles at Understood.org and The Fresh Market, and seven years as Commissioner of Human Resources for the City of Atlanta. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations strengthen leadership, build high-performing cultures, and navigate periods of growth and transformation.
