AUSTIN, Tex. — DocQ announced today their expansion of products with the release of Journey, a Learning Management System (LMS). This announcement comes on the heels of continued success in the HR product space with both their signature product, DocQ and their integration as a service product, Connect.
Journey takes the complex process and setup of traditional upskilling and learning and development platforms and simplifies the experience for all users. Trainers utilize the platform to easily set up and automatically assign learning material or groups of learning material to trainees. Access to reports in real time is available (with appropriate permissions) so trainers can utilize real time feedback and analyze results to optimize their learning material.
From the trainee perspective, Journey is seamless and easy to use. It provides a complete listing of training assigned, a history of what has been completed, appropriate reminders and notifications, a results hub to view all learning quizzes that have been completed and a certificate hub so users can easily navigate to their completion certificates. All this combined makes learning and upskilling a breeze.
In addition, DocQ’s newest product works in tandem with Learning and Development teams to “reduce overhead, enable trainers to optimize their learning material in real time and provide real time analytics so you always know the exact status of learning and development within your organization,” said Jason Kadarusman CEO of NDM Global.
