Building on personal experience and experience in the study of social psychology, she demonstrates how gender biases are built into everyday practices and how they can be overcome by implementing innovative policies and practices for human resources executives, advisors, coaches or and teams.

Alexandra McGroarty is an experienced, dedicated coach and advisor specialized in Diversity Equity and Inclusion management for companies worldwide. Co-founder of McGroarty & Co Consulting LLC, she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Psychology.
