Daniels joins Credly from IBM, where he was responsible for the development, sustained business strategy, and operational management of the IBM Digital Badge Program. The unified credential initiative is recognized globally for its award-winning approach to driving essential IT skills in the marketplace – a distinction which speaks to Daniels’ digital credential program design, deployment, and management expertise.

Prior to her promotion into the new role, Sievers managed strategic client engagements as part of the Customer Success team at Credly, supporting customers such as AWS and FranklinCovey with the launch and growth of their credentialing programs. A teaching fellow at Harvard University Graduate School of Education, Sievers is a frequent author and speaker on credentials and the future of learning and work.
