The John Maxwell Company is excited to announce that registration is now open for its Executive Circle leadership program. The year-long experience is designed to be an immersive, fast-paced leadership development program that will help executives grow as leaders and be more effective in their roles.
Executive Circle offers a unique combination of executive coaching, candid conversations with iconic leaders, and exclusive, live leadership experiences hosted by John Maxwell. The one-year program maximizes the benefits for participants while being respectful of their busy corporate schedules. The Executive Circle curriculum includes conversations with John Maxwell and 10 distinguished corporate icons, one-on-one coaching sessions, custom peer group discussions and more to help executives learn from the best in corporate America, elevate their leadership skills and establish valuable networking relationships. Importantly, the participants’ results of attending Executive Circle are measurable through the Maxwell Leadership assessment which is conducted at the beginning and end of the program.

The program will kick off September 19-20, 2017, in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Chick-fil-A Headquarters hosted by their senior management team, and the class of 2018 graduation will be held August 21-22, 2018, at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, with live leadership lessons provided by 1985 inductee Roger Staubach and 2002 inductee Jim Kelly.
The 2017-2018 curriculum includes conversations with corporate icons including Carlos Dominguez, president of Sprinklr Inc.; Alan Mulally, former president & CEO of Ford Motor Company; and Carly Fiorina, former CEO of Hewlett-Packard Company.
